Make sure to INCLUDE ALL INFORMATION listed below in your message. For a single meeting, you need to apply 1 WEEK in advance. For a recurring activity, please apply 2 WEEKS in advance.

– Applications from organizations, clubs, or community groups will need to be approved by the MSA Concordia president or VP-External.
– Meetings of activities cannot interfere with circulation; therefore (with occasional exceptions) we generally do not allow meetings or other gatherings before 5.30pm on weekdays.
– Reflections has two tables, a dry-erase board, and seating for a maximum of 25 people. It is best suited for meetings or activities of between 10 and 15 people. Wireless in available, request password from Library Coordinator.
– After any activity or meeting, you will be responsible for replacing the furniture & clean up. You also need to respect closing procedures which will be provided by the Library Coordinator.
